Job Overview: The Birkbeck and William Ellis Schools Trust is seeking a dynamic and visionary first Director to lead the charity’s efforts to enhance secondary education, extra-curricular engagement and pastoral care for students at William Ellis School in north London, and to develop the charity’s strategy and sustainability in support of that mission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to raise and allocate funds effectively, a commitment to social impact and the strategic acumen to lead the trust’s mission within the school and the wider community.
As the Trust’s first and sole employee, reporting to the charity’s Board of Trustees and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Governors at William Ellis School, the trust are looking for a self-starter to drive success through:
