What we require from you to post your job

If you have any job vacancies that you would like to post with us we just need a few things from you to enable us to do so:

  • URL website link for your job vacancy. We can also work with PDF documents outlining the full job description. For submissions which are supplied with a PDF please ensure somewhere on the document it outlines how candidates can apply for the role.
  • Copy of your organisation’s logo – Please ensure it is a non-transparent format.
  • Organisation’s full, registered name & address.
  • Email address of finance contact at your organisation or someone who will be responsible for paying your invoice.

Below is some guidance on the information we need to know for each job that you wish to post with us:

1

Job title

2

Hours

For part time roles it’s useful to let candidates know the requirements (days / hours expected)
3

Salary offered

For non-voluntary roles that we host on our site we must stipulate the salary. We strongly support the ‘Show the salary’ movement and as a company policy we only host paid roles on our site that provide the offered salary or salary range.
4

Location of role

If you are flexible about the location this is well worth stating as this can encourage applications
5

Application deadline

Payment for your purchase

Payment method

Following the posting of your role(s) we will raise an invoice and send that via email to you.

The payment method which we operate with is via bank transfer only.

In order for us to raise an invoice for a purchase we need you to provide us with the following information:

  • Finance contact email address for whoever deals with your payments and purchases.
  • Your organisation’s full registered name & address.
  • Purchase order (PO) number – This is not essential but if your organisation uses them please raise this with your finance team prior to contacting us.

When you are ready to submit a post simply drop us an email at info@changemakerjobs.com with all the required details and we’ll aim to get your vacancy on our website as soon as we can.
